Pastor Martha Waterman

Welcome, everyone! My name is Martha Waterman, and I am the pastor of Gridley United Methodist Church.

I grew up in Paradise, California but God has led me to make my home in the Gridley/Biggs area. The Gridley Church became my home church even before I was assigned to be the pastor. This church is welcoming and friendly, led by the Spirit to reach out to all people who come through our doors.

I know that God has a plan for my life, and He has led me to many wonderful and unexpected places. I know that He has a plan for your life too, even when we feel like we are surrounded by darkness and despair.

The love of God, Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit is always with us. I pray that you will join us on Sunday mornings to explore the life that God has in store for all of us and the comfort and support of God and the people of this congregation that is waiting for everyone in this community and the world.
